We pride ourselves on our customer service as well as the quality of our handmade products. We know many of your orders will be gifts for others so we aim to despatch your order within 1 working days of order. whenever possible This excludes pre-order items and some special order items, but these will be described in the product page.
If your order is urgent and you would like guaranteed next day delivery, please email us at hello@moleculehomefragrance.co.uk and we can try to facilitate.
Shipping:
Where possible, orders received before midday, will be despatched the same day (Monday-Friday).
Orders received after midday, will be despatched the next working day (Monday-Friday).
Please note, that as our products are all handmade in small batches, during extremely busy periods, such as December, orders may take an additional 1-2 days to despatch.
Standard Shipping: £4.95 - Delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class - Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-4 working days from date of despatch
First Class Shipping: £5.95 - Delivery via Royal Mail 1st Class - Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-2 working days from date of despatch
Free delivery on orders over £60.00 - Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-3 working days from date of despatch

The shipping services used are dependant on order value and service requested:
Order value £1-£59 - First Class or Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class
Order value £60+ Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48
Very rarely there are delays due to reasons beyond our control. If delays occur, please allow up to 10 working days after receiving your despatch email before contacting us. If you haven't received your parcel we will endeavour to trace or replace the package. We may occasionally use alternative couriers at times of industrial strike or seasonal periods.
Deliveries to Scotland:
Deliveries to Scottish Islands and Highlands can take longer to arrive than the standard times. Please allow up to 10 working days.
Click & Collect:
Choose this option at checkout stage. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect, usually within 3 working days of order. Please contact us at hello@moleculehomefragrance.co.uk to organise a mutually agreeable collection time.
