SUBSCRIPTIONS

We have partnered with Recharge to manage your Subscription payments.  You can manage, view payments, modify and cancel your recurring payments by logging into your Molecule Account and choosing the "Manage Subscriptions" tab.  

PRE-PAID GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS: Products are fully paid for in advance and automatically despatched each month for a set time period. Pre-paid orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

ON-GOING RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS: Payments are taken monthly in advance, around the 1st of the month, from your chosen payment method. Products are despatched to customers around the 8th of each month (or the next working day) until you modify or cancel your subscription.  You will receive a monthly email reminding you of your upcoming payment.  This will contain links to enable you to manage pause or cancel your subscription.

The cut-off date to receive orders that month is the 4th of each month.  Orders placed after the 4th will be processed the following month.  You can view your upcoming payments by logging into your Molecule Account, under "Manage Subscriptions".
