MEET THE OWNER

Hi, I’m Raelle (Rae for short) and I am the proud owner of Molecule Home Fragrance, a small business based in Suffolk, where I make hand-made, ethical, fragranced products for your home.

As a small business owner, I look after all aspects of the business, from sourcing the best quality materials and ingredients and making the products, through to answering customer queries and attending market events. 

My background in Creative and Marketing Project Management roles in large corporate companies and small creative agencies over the last 35 years has given me a huge wealth of experience in managing all aspects of a business, but my favourite part is getting my hands dirty and actually making and packing the products. I love to curate a gift box, knowing the delight that the recipient will experience when opening it and experiencing the fragrances for the first time.

As an avid animal lover (you may have seen my dog Hugo on my socials) and a belief that we should look after our planet, it’s important to me that in my personal and business life, I am doing as much as I can to buy and produce ethically and sustainably from local sources wherever possible and this is the ethos behind the business. This is why all of our products are not tested on animals, plastic free, made from plant-based waxes and our ingredients are all sourced in the UK.

It's hard to choose just one, but my favourite fragrance is Catching Sunset on Paradise Isle because it reminds me of chilled vibes, with sunshine and cocktails…I make sure to have them around my own home.

Aside from running Molecule, I am a proud nonna (I’m not Italian, but would love to live there someday) to a sassy three year old grand-daughter and mum to a grown up son. My dog Hugo plays a huge role in my life and I love nothing more than being out in the countryside on a walk with him, as well as spending time with family.
